Having been given the task of establishing a strong presence within tech hiring, we implemented a tailored approach to setting up structured processes with the aim of reducing our time to hire, organising key events to enhance brand awareness, advised hiring managers on best practices and played an essential role in acquiring insightful data that allowed stakeholders to make informed decisions as they transitioned into a fully remote engineering team. 

Having had our initial 3 month contract extended twice, we found success in helping Bark build a brand new QA Engineering team, hosting both internal and external events, working closely with talent partners and stakeholders to enhance their hiring power, benchmarking salary data across European markets and securing several crucial hires.

Not only were we able to save Bark £88,000 on agency spend in 8 months, we also successfully hired and onboarded 2 senior talent partners to continue the momentum we created, leaving Bark’s talent team in a much better place than when we joined, which was another of our key objectives.
