Key capabilities: After playing rugby for 10 years with Saracens and Worcester Warriors as a full-time professional, I joined London Scottish on a semi-pro basis and began a career in the talent industry. Having spent over 8 years working for executive search and recruitment agencies, the last 6 years have been dedicated to consulting on-site with businesses to help with all aspects of their talent and people functions and was the driving force behind launching BOOSTA.
